- 1/4 cup sweet corn
- 1/4 cup capsicum, chopped

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain it and rinse under cold water to cool.
2. Prepare the vegetables: While the pasta cools, chop the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and capsicum into small pieces.
3. Make the dressing: In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes until smooth.
4. Mix everything together: Add the cooled pasta, chopped vegetables, and sweet corn to the bowl. Toss everything well so the pasta is evenly coated with the dressing.
5. Chill and serve: Refrigerate the pasta salad for about 15–20 minutes to let the flavors come together. Serve cold and enjoy!
